Some insurance plans we accept are marketed under different names and may not be listed below. Please call or check with your insurance company website to see if Dr Michael is listed in those cases.
If we are not participating with your plan we would still welcome you as patients and would assist you by filing any necessary paperwork so you can get reimbursement.
